Some of our patients that recovered and went home, but for the families that lost their loved ones, be assured that they are in a safe place now with no more pain.
We would also like to thank from the core of our hearts Katy Du Toit and family from De Aar for the Christmas gifts and food donation, this family has been doing this for the past three years now, and believe me that you as a family bring so much joy and hope to the patients, may you be blessed in abundance. A huge thank you.
We would also like to wish you all a wonderful and a amazing new year, a year filled with love, life and blessings, may all your dreams come true. Thank you to all our family, friends and donors without you all Gentlecare would not be possible, let us live this year to the full and not take life for granted.
Scroll down and have a small peep of our Christmas lunch and an amazing person that visited Gentlecare..
Our two "Bokkies" Olga and Ingrid Gerhard Engelbrecht the president of Rotary De Aar also made it possible to make the patients Christmas lunch a joy, they sponsored the lunch for the afternoon, a huge thank you to Rotary De Aar. Heinie handing Gerhard a small gift of appreciation from Gentlecare.
Gerhard from Rotary in De Aar arranged for the belly dancers to dance a few dances for the patients, which they enjoyed so much thank you.

Marie did not take long to teach him the disky dance......... well done Marie! Ingrid was admitted at the care center for some help, and before we could attend to her Jo had already done what was needed to be done, he was absolutely amazing, he is loved by so many. Jo was able to help with a funeral of one of our very poor people. Most of the terminal don't have funeral policy's, so when they pass away Tommie will help make a coffin and help to bury them. Helping in packing the meat for the care center. Fun time with Heinie, we received some secondhand clothing, some older version of the jockey!!!
Olga was very spoiled by Joe, she had her daily strolls through town and landscapes, she is missing Jo so much. Jo visiting one of the pumpkin houses, we counted 17 sleeping in this house, very hot in the summer and very cold in the winter. Huge eye opener to us all. The A Team Marie, Liesel, Jo Didi and Eunus They are showing off their new uniform! Always having fun with the carers!!! " Look we are protected" ready for the action !
